Description
A lot of fighter used armor made of steel plates riveted (or sewed) on cloth. The problem is, as usual, the rust and the cleaning. The brigantine is a very good solution : the metal plates are riveted between two layers of fabric… not more rusty plates to be seen !
Our reproduction is made of two layers of cotton fabric, with iron plates riveted between them.
