Description
This reproduction of a 1921 / 1922 Pattern Polish Military Officer’s Saber recreates the details and even the manufacturer and armory markings of an original one. The blade bears the reproduced stamped signature of the manufacturer A. MANN, WARSZAWA, AMA. The back of the blade has the stamp of the munitions inspector, the national eagle. The blade is engreaved with the motto "Honor - Fatherlandland" in polish. The hilt is polished cast brass. The wooden grip is bound in black leather and in braided brass. 3000 of these sabers were made, our reproduction is made after number 1152.
Steel 1055, HRC 52-54. Steel scabbard. Weight 1100g. Length 97cm (blade 85cm).
