Description
The an IV type hussar saber evolved from the 1777 pattern. It is equipped with a highly curved blade, whose shape comes from eastern Europe, where the legendary hussar cavalry units come from. This weapon is basically the same than the one in use during the late years of the 18th cent, except for the markings, which are revolutionary ones.
The Hungarian type hilt will later evolve, and has still extremely pure curves.

These swords and sabers are high quality copies. Blades are made of forged and tempered steel. They might not be used for fencing, though.
