Description
The imperial Prussian guard had two heavy cavalry regiments, wearing such an helmet, with a star - for the guard - instead of the eagle, and the motto "Suum Cuique".
This helmet is the 1862 type, before the chinstrap being removable. The top peak is removable, to be replaced by an air bush (not provided) for parades.
