HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Please do click on the order button on the right to reach our ordering form. You will have to tell us who you are, how to reach you, what you'd like to purchase, how you want to pay, and send the informations. We will then check your list to tell you which items are available immediately, which ones have to be ordered specially, and so on.

As soon as we have all these informations, we will get back to you - within 2 days, most of the time 24hours - by sending you an e-mail with an official order list with shipping costs and delivery terms. If all is ok for you, you'll just have to send us the payment to fix the order. If you have chosen to pay using a wire transfer, just copy the form number in the information zone of the wire form. If you want to use a credit card, just follow the link on the e-mail to our bank's secure website.

At the time being, you may only pay with a credit card if you live in one of the EEC countries, plus Switzerland and Iceland. Sorry about that, but a wire transfer works everywhere.

If the goods are not available at the moment, you have to pay 50% only to fix the order. We will ask for the remaining amount just before we send the goods. Please note that, if the delivery is postponed by more than 30 days, you have the right to cancel the order.


WHAT NEXT ?

You'll receive an e-mail when we have registered your order - meaning when we have received your payment. You'll receive another one when the order is about to be shipped.

We ship trough the postal service, international priority, fully insured. It means that if the parcel is missing or damaged, you'll get either another one or a full reimbursment. Beware, though : you have to check the parcel before accepting it, to refuse it if it is damaged, and ask the delivery team to give you a note mentionning that the parcel has been deteriorated. We may use an express service company in some cases, just ask.

Of course, as any EEC customer, you are protected by the french code de la consommation. If you do not want to keep the items after having received them, you may send them back within 7 days, no reason given. We will reimburse you within 15 days, by wire, so please send your IBAN and BIC with the returned goods. If the sending is postponed by more than 30 days, you can ask for reimbursment, too, due to the same regulation.
