| SW292 - Practical Viking Sword - 119€ - Pictures This Practical Viking sword is based on the Godfred sword, whose design originated in 9th century Scandinavia. The lobate pommel and down-turned guard are typical of Viking swords of the period, as is the broad blade with its deep, full-length fullers. The sword is well-balanced and, with a weight slightly over 1kg, it is very quick. Length of the blade 79cm, total length 93cm, weigth 970g. Paul Chen made. The grip is permanently mounted and the tang is riveted for safety. The blade is fullered for balance and features 1.6mm wide edges and rounded tips for safety. The hardwood grips are leather-covered. The scabbards are fabricated in glass-filled resin, to provide great impact resistance, to eliminate swelling and to minimize blade corrosion problems. It features belt rings that adjust to allow vertical or horizontal carry. |

| SW291 - Practical Medieval Sword XIIth-XIIIth century - 119€ - Pictures This Practical
Medieval sword is based on an original to be seen in a British museum,
used by one of England’s finest knights, Sir William Marshall,
who served the crown faithfully under Henry II, Richard the Lionheart
and Jack Lackland. It is perfectly fitting for the 12th and 13th century. |

This practical sword is based on a classioc design of the beginning of the XVth century. With its highly sharpened edge, it was made to penetrate between the plates of the armors. | SW265 - LIONHEART SWORD 12th-13th cent. - 149€ - Pictures The single-hand Lionheart Sword is typical of the cruciform-hilt style of the crusading knights of Europe in the 12th and 13th centuries. The wheel pommel and slightly turned-down bow-tie guard make this a very attractive sword indeed! Total length 90cm,

| SW269 - Witham's sword, 12th-13th cent. - 149€ - Pictures The River Witham Sword (SR092) was dredged from the River Witham near the town of Lincoln during work carried out in 1788. The sword may be a remnant of the Battle of Lincoln in 1141; however, it was most likely constructed between 1250-1300 CE. The inscription on the blade reads +NDXOXCHMDRCHDXORVI+. Total length 98cm,

| SW268 - Henry V sword, 15th cent. - 149€ - Pictures The Henry V Sword is modeled after the sword hung over the tomb of one of England’s great warrior kings. The single-handed cut-and-thrust weapon combines a relatively short sturdy blade with elegant down-swept quillons and a wheel pommel. Total length 88cm,

Mainstay of the Highland warriors of the late 15th and 16th centuries, the Claymore had a uniquely styled hilt that sets it apart from other great swords of the period. Typically of hand-and-a-half length, this versatile weapon could deliver great sweeping slashes or powerful thrusts. Our replica has distinctive sloping quillons terminating in quatrefoils and a high-collared quillon block with langets following the blade fuller. The leather-covered grip is topped by a globate pommel. Length 140cm, blade 104cm, 2.1kg. Comes without scabbard

| SW321 - Claymore - Lowlands, XVIth century - 250€ - Pictures Wielded with untamed ferocity on many a Gaelic battlefield, the massive Lowlander sword vividly illustrates the might of the Scots of old. Known as “Slaughter-Swords” in the 16th century, these were the swords of choice for Scottish mercenaries of the period, and at close to six feet long the Lowlander faithfully replicates a surviving museum piece. The typically Scottish quatrefoils in the ring guards attest to the heritage of this imposing piece. Length 175cm, blade 122cm, 3.1kg. Comes without scabbard, but with a wall mount.
